Yea, it's not the type of card that will be universally played, but 2 uses make it at least playable.

Being able to use a weak ability twice doesnt make it playable.

It may be 'weak' as it doesn't straighten but it isn't like we aren't ALL playing Tsiang. We also got the new courtier as well. And then there is the fact that the unit you're moving may have straight followers and the personality is nothing but a platform so who really cares if they don't straighten. Plenty of potential in this card.

Oh yeah, and unopposed bailout certainly has its uses.

Karasu inexp and Tsiang have enough on their plate without us adding more dependency on them. My issue with this card is that for every use there is a better option, and it doesn't do any of the jobs well enough to make it good as a multi use card.

I'm not playing tsiang for months now.

But this is because i'm playing a full follower blitz in my local tournaments so no need or slot for him.

I don't say he is worthless but clearly we have already plenty of strong choices to make on dynasty.

I tend to enter him only in item midgame decks where i have never enougth unbow cards.

but on the other hand, i agree way of the unicorn gave plenty of versatily but cards are doing better in every aspect... For me, i, in this environnement, keep back to the front for now. In a perfect world, i would enter one or two of this card as discipline is really naughty against defensive decks (who enter another interesting send home in TCS)...

I don't think you can compare this card with Back to the Front because they fulfill two different roles. This card's main effect is to eject from battle. It becomes more flexible with cavalry. In certain decks, this card will condense two cards and save slots. I know if Unicorn had a decent honor deck, I would probably consider this card. I don't think I would ever use this in the current military builds.

the problem is the card target only a cavalry unit so no courtier, no infantry midgame. In cavalry, you already have plenty of eject card autoinclude like advance warning or fall back.

So as stated above, this card is not the best in what she does be it eject or move back.

You are right on condensing slots... this is the way the card might find competitive decks but this seems difficult. Whatever, this is a good tool to play with... no problem with this card !

Only the "Move in to oppose" part requires cavalry. Anyone can do the eject part of the action.

Damn Americans with your fast environment..... that shit doesn't fly here.

To be a bit more on topic. This card is a waste of cardboard.

I saw Tsiang on turn 3 too many times, so I pulled him for Tsuruchi.

I want to like this card because its got discipline, but nothing that this card would replace is rotating out come Strict or Ivory 2.
